Notice is hereby given that this year’s AGM will be held as follows:-

Time: 7:30pm
Location: Buckle Reserve Clubhouse – Upstairs Meeting Room
Note: Finger food / Refreshments will be served

Key items on the agenda will be:-

• Review of year
• Presentation of financials
• Appointment of office bearers for 2020
• Appointment of auditors for 2020
• All positions are declared vacant and nominations accepted for officers for the coming year.
