Family Discount 2025

xxx PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS, DUE TO THE NEW REGO SYSTEM, THE PROCESS TO CLAIM FAMILY DISCOUNT HAS CHANGED FOR THE 2025 WINTER SEASON xxx

Families (living in the same household) attract a $40 Menai Hawks registration fee discount for a 2^nd family member playing and each subsequent player thereafter. Note that the first player needs to have paid the full Menai Hawks registration fee for the discount to then apply to the second and subsequent Menai Hawks registered players.

If you qualify for the family discount, prior to registering, please send an email to the club at info@menaihawks.org.au requesting a voucher(s) that you can then apply during registration to receive your discount.

The email should lay out the names and age group (e.g. U08 etc) of all of the family members (residing in the same household) contributing to your family discount claim. We will endeavour to send through your voucher(s) within 24 hours via reply email.

Please note..

• These are single-use $40 vouchers containing a discount code that once claimed cannot be used again.
• This is a ‘Menai Hawks’ family discount i.e. it only applies where multiple players from the family group are all registered with Menai Hawks. Family members registered with other clubs are not eligible / do not provide eligibility for this discount
• The first Menai Hawks registration from your family group should be at full fee level with any voucher(s) then applied to second and subsequent Menai Hawks registrations from your family group.
• You can apply the discount code once you get to the payment section of the registration process.
• Taking this discount in error will deem a registration invalid until any outstanding payment is resolved
